There are times when SyncMate in your browser may not function as expected, that generally happens due to the following reasons
- There is an update in WhatsApp which has resulted/broke SyncMate.
- Your Extension is outdated and requires a Manual Update.
- The Extension itself has an issue which is not yet known to our Engineers as well.
Instead of going to the bottom of the issue, we suggest the three solutions here in the right order to try for.
Option 1
Refresh your browser or hit Reload. Wait for a while for WhatsApp and then the Extension to load.
Option 2
If Step 1 does not work, try updating SyncMate Extension manually.
To do so,
- Click Manage Extensions in your Chrome browser
- You see a list of all the Extensions you have installed
- Click on Update button to manually update all of your Extensions to their latest versions.
- Now reload your browser, so latest updates are available and wait for a while for Whatsapp and the Extension to load.
- SyncMate should work by now.
